30-Day Return Guarantee

 

Every watch comes with a 30-day, no-hassle return window from the date of delivery.

If it’s not right for you, send it back for a refund.

How it works:

  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Return the watch in the same condition you received it. If it comes back with new wear, damage, or missing parts, the refund will be reduced to reflect that.
  • We cover the return shipping cost, we’ll email you a return shipping label.

After 30 Days

Once the 30-day window closes, the sale is final unless a specific guarantee is stated in that item’s original listing (for example, an extended movement guarantee on a fully serviced piece). If a listing includes a longer guarantee, that listing’s terms apply instead of the standard 30 days.

How to Start a Return

Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and email you a return label. Please include your order number or the SKU from your confirmation email.
